Solutions

While rebuilds are conducive to sleep, most bodily needs are not conducive to sleep. For this reason, if you find yourself in bed for a while and unexpectedly not falling asleep, the source tends to be a need trying to pull on your attention. Start iterating through all possible needs to determine the actions required to eliminate all major needs. If a need cannot be taken care of, communicate that to your body in some form and handle alternatives if possible. Once all needs are handled, sleep should come easy.
