Usage

This template is used usually on WP:TWODABS pages during a requested move to a base name. The first unnamed parameter, |1=, gives the talk page and section where the move request takes place. For example:

{{Disambiguation subject notice|1=Talk:Foo#Bar}}

If instead, the RM requires deletion of the disambiguation or set index page, then the second unnamed parameter, |2= should be used with the word "delete", as in:

{{Disambiguation subject notice|1=Talk:Foo#Bar|2=delete}}

The notice then becomes:
