Observations When an erection is experienced for seemingly no reason, the cause always appears to be an ignored need to alter body positioning. In that situation, if you query body position changes, you will discover that your body would prefer a different position in particular. When your body positioning is changed to the new, body-directed position at the time, the erection subsides immediately.
