=Observations
If needs are ignored for long enough, headaches will sometimes result. These will be alleviated the moment the causative need is taken care of. These more often happen in the presence of a cold or a long list of ignored needs.
| Warning There are different types of headaches and not all of them are these need-based headaches. If you turned on a self-cleaning oven and your house does not have proper ventilation, you may get a headache from what is in the air, and your body may be just as confused about the cause as you are. Embarrassingly, yes, this is a true story. There are many reasons for headaches. Some are serious medical conditions. This is not medical advice. Always consult a doctor in serious medical situations, as some headaches can be symptoms of medical issues that body communication likely cannot help you recognize, stop, or prevent. |
